Reservations

Reservations are confirmed by phone or email. Availability shown on this website reflects chauffeurs currently on shift and is not a guarantee of a specific vehicle or chauffeur.

Cancellations

Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled up to two hours before pickup. Sprinter and event bookings require 24 hours' notice.

Conduct and vehicles

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive soiling.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will always work to find an alternative.
